Keeping Up With the Consumer
Town Hall sessions are collaborative, discussion-driven, 40-minute forums designed to explore diverse perspectives on a shared industry topic. Each session is co-hosted by two leaders, who kick off and guide small-group conversations on a specific topic. They’ll then lead in the sharing of questions, observations, and key insights with the broader group, helping to advance the collective discussion. This session will feature a conversation on the understanding and keeping up with the consumer, including:
• Innovative approaches to social listening and other ways to assess customer sentiment
• Important leading indicators of where consumer confidence and feelings are headed
• Ways companies are using customer insights to innovate, empathize, and build deeper customer relationships.
With limited seating, we’ll prioritize having retailer and brand attendees participate, but will accommodate all attendees if possible.
