Helpful Hints:
ALL Exhibitors are required to fill out a permission to exhibit submission. Booth plans submitted directly to sponsor support WILL NOT be accepted.
ALL EAC's, subcontractors, labor and vendors MUST be registered with McCormick place to be allowed onsite. Please follow the instructions found in EAC and Vendor Insurance & Registration.
ALL Exhibitors should review the Exhibitor Insurance requirements and either submit a compliant COI directly to Rainprotection or purchase a compliant policy through Rainprotection. Please follow the instructions found in Exhibitor Insurance Requirements. COIs submitted direcrtly to sponsor support WILL NOT be accepted.
