Freeman is the official show general contractor. You can order products and services from Freeman by creating an account for the Shoptalk Fall 2025 event on FreemanOnline (FOL).
As the Official Services Contractor, Freeman is responsible for material handling and all suspended rigging services. Exhibitors and their appointed contractors are not permitted to perform any services that are exclusive to Freeman.
Below is a breakdown of the services Freeman provides to our Exhibitors:

- Electrics**
- Booth Packages
- Plumbing**
- Carpet
- Furnishings
- Installation/Dismantle Labor
- Shipping
- Material Handling**
- Rigging** (Rigging requires submission of safety plan with booth plan submission)
**Exclusive services. If an Exhibitor needs to order any of the listed services, they must use
Freeman. Exhibitors are not allowed to use another company to perform exclusive services, without exception. For all other services, Exhibitors may use a vendor of their choice.

Exhibitor Service Desk
There will be a service desk manned by Freeman Exhibitor Services available onsite. Visit the service desk for empty labels, outbound shipping forms, and any issues that may arise during move-in or move-out.
