Food & Beverage
NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE IS ALLOWED
All catering must be ordered through McCormick Place.
Food and beverage are an exclusive service of the venue. Any food or beverage that is brought inside the facility that is not ordered or approved through McCormick Place will result in being charged large fees onsite.
Please ensure that all F&B is contained within your booth space. Startup kiosks and nooks are not permitted any F&B in their booth space.
EXAMPLES OF OUTSIDE F&B THAT ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE FACILITY:
- Bottled Water and Juice
- Coffee and Tea
- Alcohol
- Candy
- Cookies, Chips, Crackers
- Pastries and Donuts

How to Order Catering:
- Review the Exhibitor Catering Menu
- Fill out the Exhibitor Order Form
- Submit your completed Exhibitor Order Form to infoovg@mccormickplace.com by August 25, 2025.
