As The Home Depot’s Director of Strategy & Analytics for Orange Apron Media, Stephenie is committed to creating and bringing to market offerings that meet the needs of this evolving retail media industry. During her tenure, she has led the creation of Home Depot’s closed-loop measurement solution and vendor reporting, the launch of the In-Store Media Network, the introduction of advanced targeting to onsite inventory, offsite channel, and creative expansions, oversees the evolution of our ad tech stack and established a yield optimization practice in-house.

 She started her career in an alternative asset class called Life Settlements, where she pioneered industry pricing and collateralization standards. Stephenie then spent several years at the Intercontinental Exchange. She then transitioned to analytics consulting, where she was introduced to the world of retail and marketing. Since the transition, Stephenie has become smitten with the onset of retail media and quickly joined Home Depot’s Orange Apron Media program in June 2020.

Stephenie is described as a collaborative leader skilled at facilitating relationships across a diverse stakeholder body. She is most known for her evangelist energy, thought leadership, and highly technical acumen, which enable people, teams, and organizations to innovate, deliver, and transform.
