Stefano Curti is the Chief Brands Officer for Consumer Beauty at Coty. He joined the company in 2020 with a mission to revive the dormant icons within Coty’s Consumer Beauty portfolio, strengthening brand equity, global positioning, and innovation performance.

His impressive background, spanning 25+ years in global health and beauty, allowed him to effectively orchestrate the comeback of Coty’s heritage brands, including CoverGirl, Rimmel, Max Factor, adidas, and Sally Hansen. Stefano's visionary approach has repositioned these beloved brands as pioneers in democratizing luxury-quality makeup and skincare for consumers everywhere.

Stefano's outstanding achievements in marketing have garnered recognition, earning him spots on Forbes' list of the World's Most Influential CMOs in 2022 and the Top 50 CMOs by Campaign US in 2023.
