Sarah Post leads the Interconnected Experience team at The Home Depot, which includes Product Management, Category Experience, Strategy/Planning, and Site Operations. She has been with The Home Depot since December of 2022 and is a new southerner along with her three kids and husband. Prior to The Home Depot, Sarah worked for Shipt, a same-day delivery service and subsidiary of Target corporation where she led the Marketplace Experience and Marketing technology teams. Much of her career was spent at Target, where she held various roles at Target.com and in Target Marketing. At Target, she started and led the Cartwheel app for five years driving billions in sales, eventually evolving it into the Target Circle loyalty program and consolidating Target’s app experiences. She started her career as an engineer in financial services and despite being a new Georgian, will always be a Minnesota Golden Gopher, despite their challenges on the football field.
