Marina Sukhova, a dynamic leader in the digital and e-commerce space, has built her career across multiple countries and markets, driving digital marketing and e-commerce growth. Currently, as the Head of Digital Merchandising for the Consumer Products Division at L'Oreal USA, Marina leverages her international experience and deep expertise in digital strategy, e-commerce, and P&L management. Her primary responsibility is to enhance online shopping experiences across key American retailers, thereby optimizing online consumer experience and utilizing digital and e-commerce data to drive sales and revenue growth. Marina's journey with L'Oreal began in Russia & CIS in 2015. She had different hats and served as the Chief Digital Officer for the Consumer Products Division, leading the digital transformation and implementing innovative digital and e-commerce strategies. Marina's international move to the United States in 2021 marked a significant chapter in her career, and she has worked across multiple e-commerce Businesses, Brands, and Divisions since then.  Before L'Oreal, Marina worked at Dentsu Inc., where she developed and executed media and creative strategies for global brands like Danone, Nestle, PepsiCo, ABInbev, Audi, Infiniti, etc.
Marina is not just a leader, but also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. As an immigrant woman, she actively mentors other women aspiring to leadership roles, fostering talent and empowering others.
