Laura Brookhiser, a Managing Director, and Partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Boston office, is a member of the Retail and Consumer Products practice with a focus on the home goods, footwear and apparel sectors (having advised four of the top 10 U.S.-based footwear companies). She has deep experience in M&A, consumer segmentation, brand positioning, new product development, category expansion, portfolio optimization and organizational transformation. In 2021, she was selected as a Rising Star of the Consulting Profession by Consulting Magazine.

Laura first joined L.E.K. from 2008 to 2013 and re-joined in 2019 after several years of working for The Bridgespan Group. Laura holds an MBA and a master’s degree in education from Stanford, and a B.A. in psychology from Duke University.
