Kristin Hamilton

Kristin joined Crunchyroll in March of 2024 as the head of Crunchyroll’s eCommerce and Direct to Consumer business. As the ultimate brand for all things anime globally, Crunchyroll pairs the world’s largest dedicated anime streaming library with experiences that are irresistibly fun, immersive, and push pop culture forward. In her role, Kristin leads the company’s global eCommerce strategy and execution, defining the vision for the Crunchyroll Store as the premier shopping destination for anime fans. As the business unit lead, Kristin manages a vertically integrated team across Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, eCom Operations and Logistics, as well as site experience and UX.
Prior to joining Crunchyroll, Kristin held various positions at Hasbro, Inc most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global eCommerce. She also took on a senior leadership role as Head of Consumer Products Strategy and Transformation, leading a two-year corporate wide transformation and cost savings program. During her time at Hasbro, Kristin also held various leadership positions in Global Brand Management, Marketing and Strategy across multiple world-class brands. In addition, she has experience working at other well-known consumer products companies, such as New Balance Athletic Shoe and Clairol Hair Care Products.
Kristin originates from New England, but currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. She graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and later received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
