Jill Renslow is a seasoned professional and the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Mall of America®, one of the world's largest and most iconic shopping and entertainment destinations. With over two decades of dedicated service to the Mall, Jill is a driving force in shaping its strategic vision and fostering growth.

In her role, Jill oversees a comprehensive portfolio, including mall communications, marketing, partnerships, advertising, digital media, sales, tourism, events, and business development. She collaborates closely with both new and existing tenants, creating exceptional experiences that elevate sales and enhance the overall visitor experience. Jill is known for her commitment to innovation and integrating emerging technologies into Mall of America's retail and entertainment environments through strategic partnerships.

Jill plays a key role in providing strategic direction for the Mall's expansion, which includes ambitious projects such as a water park, additional hotels, office spaces, expanded entertainment offerings, and versatile event venues.

Throughout her tenure, Jill has spearheaded transformative initiatives, including a $25 million rebranding effort for Nickelodeon Universe®, the nation's largest indoor amusement park. Annual enhancements include new rides, attractions, and strategic partnerships, keeping Mall of America at the forefront of innovation and visitor engagement.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas. Her passion for driving innovation, fostering collaborations, and contributing to the ongoing success of Mall of America® defines her professional journey.
