James Theuerkauf is Co-Founder and CEO of Syrup Tech. He is passionate about helping brands, retailers and manufacturers make more accurate inventory decisions after witnessing the profitability, workflow and sustainability implications of excess inventory.

He previously worked at McKinsey & Co and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School where he co-founded Syrup as part of the Harvard Innovation Labs in 2020.
