Mr. Ramirez is currently the Chief Product Officer and SVP, E-commerce Services at Grupo Falabella, a leading Chilean retail and financial services conglomerate with presence in seven countries in Latin America. He oversees digital product development for e-commerce and stores as well as customer experience and digital marketing for all three of the group’s retail formats. Prior to this, he served as CEO of Falabella.com, the group’s Marketplace and E-commerce business unit, with presence in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico. Before Falabella, Mr. Ramirez worked at Mercado Libre, where he was Senior Director for the Andean Region, overseeing the operations in Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Ecuador. Mr. Ramirez also worked at McKinsey’s New York office and at a leading Private Equity fund in Colombia. He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota and an MBA from Columbia University in New York. Mr. Ramirez is a national of Colombia and currently lives between Santiago and Bogota.
