Her six year tenure at Rothy's has provided a wealth of experience across diverse functions, including customer service, retail, operations, and people management. Heather's expertise extends to enterprise technology, having recently spearheaded a successful global implementation of SAP. With a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for growth, Heather unites Rothy's diverse teams to chart a successful course for the company's global expansion.

Heather brings over two decades of experience in retail manufacturing, supply chain management, and scaling operations, honed during her time as COO at Anya Hindmarch, where she led a complex manufacturing transition. Heather's extensive knowledge and experience are invaluable assets to Rothy's.
