Ellen Bower is the Chief Executive Officer of Ever/Body, where she guides the strategic vision, growth, and operational management of the brand.

The expert clinicians and aesthetic providers of the brand help their clients achieve natural-looking results with a curated selection of cutting-edge treatments, each of which have been carefully selected for their safety and efficacy. Ever/Body serves a diverse and inclusive community throughout their 12 locations across the country, with a world-class team and one collective goal: to enhance their clients’ natural features and co-create the highest-quality results in the industry.

Ellen stepped into the role of CEO at Ever/Body in May 2024 to further the brand’s strategic growth and to bring a new perspective to the brand’s retail operations. With over 15 years of experience as a healthcare executive and operator, Ellen is revered for her expertise in business expansion and operations management. 

Previously, Ellen served as the Chief Operating Officer at Women's Care, a multi-site national women's health platform. As COO, Ellen was renowned for her strategic acumen, leadership development, and genuine passion for healthcare—all of which she carries with her into this new venture. Prior to Women’s Care, Ellen served in various multi-site healthcare operational leadership roles, and has experience leading health information, compliance, and health privacy functions.

Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
