Bradley is the Vice President of Loyalty and CRM at PetSmart, North America's leading pet specialty retailer. In this role he leads the Treats Rewards program, an award-winning loyalty program that focuses on delivering value, access, and experiences to pet parents throughout their never-ending quest to do Anything for Pets. In addition, Bradley is responsible for PetSmart's Customer Relationship Management platform and customer analytics team, which leverage data on over 67 million pet parents to power personalized and relevant communications across all marketing channels.  Bradley has twenty years of experience using data to better serve customers at PetSmart, Walgreens, Nike, and Coach. He is a pet parent to Blue Hudson, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi.
