Amber Turley is the Vice President of Omni Convenience and Commerce Partnerships for Sephora. She oversees the strategic initiatives aimed to drive and create maximum convenience for customers across all channels including mobile app, website, and in-store experiences through programs such as Buy Online Pick-Up In-Store, Auto-Replenishment, Same-Day Delivery and the retailer’s Same-Day Unlimited subscription service.

Since joining Sephora in 2015, Amber has impacted the beauty retailer’s business by developing and launching new omni-experiences and on-demand marketplace partnerships, including Instacart, DoorDash, Shipt, as well as social commerce platforms. She also spearheaded the advancement of frictionless omnichannel shopping experiences by harmonizing the physical in-store customer experience with the digital experience, pioneering new ways to make shopping as effortless and accessible as possible. Launched in 2022, Amber championed and advanced Sephora’s Same-Day Unlimited program – an annual subscription-based service created to provide the most optimized and convenient beauty delivery. Through these and other initiatives, Amber and her team continuously drive greater existing consumer engagement, acquire new customers, and address the importance of simplified and enhanced experiences for every beauty lover’s varying needs, from everyday purchases to gifting and last-minute shopping.

Amber has built her career around understanding consumer trends, using data and insights to define engaging customer experiences. Prior to joining Sephora, she was a retail analyst for Morgan Stanley where she covered Specialty Retail, Department Stores, and Off-Price Retail stocks for a top ranked team. Amber earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations at the University of California San Diego and received her Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, Mike, two boys, Marek and Matthew, and golden retriever Sophia.
