Alissa Ahlman is Chief Merchandising Officer of FRG Inc. She joined Franchise Group in December 2022 as Chief Merchandising Officer of the newly created Home Furnishing Division, consisting of American Freight, Badcock Furniture and Buddy’s Home Furnishings. In August 2023, the group went private via a shareholder-approved buyout by a management-led consortium. Ahlman was previously Chief Merchandising Officer and Chief Design Officer for At Home Group, where she was a member of the executive management team that grew the company from $330 million to over $2 billion in sales, resulting in a successful IPO in 2016. Prior to that, she was part of the senior leadership team at 99¢ Only Stores, where she held roles including VP of Planning and Allocation and Divisional Merchandise Manager. Earlier in her career, she served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Factory 2-U Stores. Ahlman serves on the board of directors of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc.
