Curt Munk serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Omnicom’s dedicated Commerce agency, Tracy-Locke, responsible for creating effective and engaging commerce strategies to our clients and bridging the future with reality for both the agency and its clients. A sought-after industry speaker on retail and tech trends, Curt’s focus is connecting consumer behavior to compelling commerce solutions via sound strategy, new tools and capabilities that accelerate brand growth.   

Curt has spent his entire career helping brands be more successful in their interactions with consumers and shoppers. Harnessing a background in behavioral economics and strategic planning, Curt believes in the application of human and behavioral insights across cultural, social, technological, and economic arenas to guide consumers to buy.  He is a legitimate retail and e-commerce geek and a passionate student of shopper behavior.  His global commerce expertise includes shopper marketing, retail shop design, DTC and e-commerce, packaging, promotion, influencer marketing, and merchandising solutions for many major brands including Pepsi, Nestlé Purina, ABInbev, P&G, RJ Reynolds, FedEx, MolsonCoors, SONY, Xfinity, Diageo, Walmart and Kellogg’s. 

In addition to having led the strategic planning groups at several global agencies, and the innovation and thought leadership practice within WPP’s commerce agency, Curt has also served as an adjunct instructor of communications at DePaul University and as a faculty member for the Path to Purchase Institute.
