Prior to joining Off Season, she served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Fanatics, where she led a global licensing portfolio of 700+ partners and helped drive over $2 billion in sales. She previously spent 14 years at the NBA, rising to Senior Vice President, Licensing and Business Affairs, where she helped shape the league’s global licensing strategy. At Off Season, Picca oversees business operations, brand strategy, and growth initiatives as the brand continues to scale its impact across fashion and sport.
