Tara Paton, the visionary behind TP & Co. consulting firm, has a profound passion for fostering meaningful connections between customers and companies. Throughout her career, Tara has successfully applied her proprietary framework to assist over 100 international small business owners and startup founders. Her no-nonsense approach has yielded impressive results for esteemed Fortune 100 companies in the consumer packaged goods, retail, and technology sectors including L’Oreal, Whole Foods, CVS, Instacart, Brookfield, and American Express. 

Tara holds an MBA from the prestigious Darden School of Business at UVA and is a proud graduate of Morgan State University, an HBCU and a national treasure in Baltimore, Maryland. When she's not collaborating with organizations, Tara can be found belting out tunes from a diverse range of genres, including trap, reggaeton, and country. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, savoring vegan cuisine, reading, and staying active. Originally from Atlantic City, NJ, Tara currently resides in Jersey City, NJ.
