Matthew Adam Smith is Founder and CEO of TWO ISAACS—a strategic consultancy guiding Retailers, Brands, and Platforms to accelerate and sustain their business through AI and Advanced Tech. He serves as Head of AI for RETHINK Retail and Chief AI Influencer for CoreSight Research and was named a Top Retail Expert by RETHINK Retail and a Top 50 Retail Influencer by Thinkers360. Passionate about social justice, Matthew founded CommerceCares—a non-profit uniting professionals within Retail, Marketing, and Technology to drive positive change for our workforces, communities, and society at large.

From 2019-23, Matthew spearheaded Walmart's Commercial Transformation as a launch leader of their top B2B innovations—Walmart Connect and Walmart Marketplace—and creator of their eCommerce GTM strategy. Within the world's largest company, he established 10-figure businesses and drove enterprise-wide transformation that redefined retail business models and significantly enhanced the customer experience across the purchase funnel.

Prior to Walmart, Matthew was an Advertising and Marketing leader of iconic media brands including Men’s Health, WIRED, Fast Company, Dr. Oz, and Hornet Networks, and co-creator of the first-ever LGBTQ+ marketing campaigns from HBO, Target, Wells Fargo, and Mercedes-Benz USA.
