Marvin Foster Jr. is a Master SoulCycle Instructor and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, known for blending performance with world-class talent development. Since joining SoulCycle in 2012, he’s led rides across the U.S. and U.K. while shaping the next generation of instructors.

A former international fitness presenter for Nike Europe and Adidas Asia, Marvin has brought his signature classes to 20+ countries and has been featured in Men’s Health, Fantastic Man, People, and more. A classically trained dancer, he continues to inspire movement that fuels creativity and fosters free spirits.
