Katie Date is SVP of Industry Relations & Strategic Initiatives at Manifest, a Hyve Corporation, where she focuses on building strong relationships with shippers, driving event growth, and shaping content that reflects the issues that matter most to the industry.

Before joining Manifest, Katie spent nearly a decade at MIT’s Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL), where she led corporate engagement across a global network of supply chain research centers. She also developed and ran several executive education programs designed to connect business leaders with the latest thinking in logistics and operations.

Katie is a longtime advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, especially in the supply chain. In 2017, she launched the MIT CTL Women in Supply Chain Initiative to help organizations understand and improve gender balance in the field — and she continues to champion this work today.
