Jim Okamura is a Partner at McMillanDoolittle, leading the digital practice for the global retail consultancy. For more than 25 years he has led digital retail strategies and transformation and retail innovation planning for leading retailers and brands. Clients include Bridgestone, Gap, Adidas, Tractor Supply Company, Mark’s, MasterCard, Media Markt, Hunter Fan and eMart. His thought leadership studies, in collaboration with the National Retail Federation and the Ebeltoft Group, have focused on organization design and global ecommerce and have been the foundation of his planning and advisory work for clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. Jim is also a Co-founder of the Global E-Commerce Leaders Forum (GELF), a community and conference series focused on international growth strategies.
