As Chief Supply Chain Officer and EVP, International at Nutrabolt, Derek brings 20 years of professional supply chain expertise. Prior to joining Nutrabolt in 2019, Derek served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Halo Top Creamery overseeing global planning, logistics, procurement, R&D, and quality.

Derek also held senior roles at Glanbia Performance Nutrition — leading key supply chain initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe. He served as the Head of Planning for the EMEA region, developing and implementing the S&OP process to facilitate improved planning accuracy and customer service, and led all supply, demand, production, and materials management. While in Europe, he also served as interim Plant Manager for Glanbia’s manufacturing facility in the U.K.

Derek is also recognized for leading supply chain integration for new strategic acquisitions, serving as the interim Vice President of Supply Chain for thinkThin, and playing key roles post-acquisition with BSN, Isopure, and Nutramino.

Derek received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
