Danielle DiMaiolo Rendini is a retail executive and consultant with experience in strategy, customer experience, store operations, merchandising, supply chain, marketing and finance.

Danielle joined American Girl as the Head of Retail in 2020. Prior to American Girl, Danielle held various roles at Bloomingdale’s, Barneys New York, H&M and Kurt Salmon. As a consultant at Kurt Salmon, Danielle advised a variety of retailers such as Anthropologie, Bloomingdale's, Carter's, DSW, Justice, Kohl's, Loblaw, Ross Stores, The Home Depot and Urban Outfitters.

Danielle was named to The Lead’s Direct 60 List of executives mastering direct-to-consumer and a recipient of the 2022 Standout Award. Danielle has spoken at events such as Future Stores, Retail Innovation, Retail Ascendant, Women in Retail and The Lead Summit.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
