Bennett Fox-Glassman is a customer-first leader with deep experience in retail, digital, and transformation. As SVP, Customer Journey at Macy's, he is responsible for the company's drive towards customer obsession through a unified customer experience. To deliver this, Bennett leads teams responsible for customer strategy and insight, loyalty and credit, personalization, CRM/owned media, and customer systems. Prior to this role, Bennett led enterprise transformation at Macy’s through and following the 2020 global pandemic. Bennett holds degrees from Princeton and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
