Ninaad Acharya is an angel investor, technologist, and product builder with over two decades of experience architecting and scaling logistics technology for some of the world’s most complex supply chains. His operating career spans leadership roles at FedEx, Genco, IBM, HBC, Canadian Tire, and Target, where he built and commercialized next-generation fulfillment, transportation, and intralogistics products across enterprise networks.

As Co-Founder and CEO of Fulfillment IQ, Ninaad leads a global team that partners with retailers, 3PLs, technology companies, and emerging AI ventures to design, build, and scale modern supply chain platforms. Under his leadership, FIQ has become a trusted innovation partner to Fortune 50 enterprises (GXO, FedEx, Nordstorm, Radial, Yusen Logistics, GAP, CVS Health, Cardinal Health) high-growth startups alike, accelerating go-to-market motions, optimizing operations, and helping launch new products faster.

Ninaad is an active angel investor with investments in Tusk, Aquatio, and Recipio, and he serves on the Board of ONX. He also advises venture capital firms, where he supports founders building the next generation of enterprise and logistics technology companies.

A recognized industry voice, Ninaad co-hosts the eCom Logistics Podcast, where he engages global leaders on the future of AI, orchestration, automation, and supply chain innovation. He is a frequent speaker at leading industry events - including Manifest, Home Delivery World, and others - and his perspectives have been featured in Supply Chain Dive and multiple industry publications.
