Mokshika Sharma is SVP of Digital at The Shade Store, where she leads digital strategy across customer experience, technology, product, and AI. At The Shade Store, she is helping reshape both the customer experience and the technology behind it, modernizing how the business sells, operates, and serves customers across digital and physical channels. Previously, she was Head of Product and Technology at Sur La Table and led engineering at One Kings Lane and Z Gallerie. She has also founded and built her own startups, giving her experience across both large-scale retail transformation and early-stage company building. Her work focuses on the increasingly blurred lines between technology and business, and on building teams, products, and operating models that reflect how closely the two now need to work together.
