Marc Mastronardi is the President of Equinox Holdings Inc., a global leader in luxury fitness and wellness. He assumed this role in August 2024, bringing over 27 years of experience in the retail industry to the position. At Equinox, Mastronardi is responsible for leading employee and member experience, driving financial performance, and overseeing innovation across club operations, as the company accelerates its global expansion strategy.

Prior to joining Equinox, Mastronardi spent over two decades at Macy’s Inc., most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Stores Officer. In that role, he was responsible for $22 billion in annual revenue, leading more than 500 store locations and 75,000 employees. His experience spans store operations, customer experience, business development, and general merchandise management across a wide range of categories including apparel, accessories, footwear, beauty, and center core businesses.

In addition to his role at Equinox, Marc serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Fashion Scholarship Fund and is a board member of Delivering Good. He previously held board and advisory positions for FABB and Macy’s China Limited, and served as an executive sponsor for initiatives focused on working families and equity.

Mastronardi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Boston College. He is a native New Yorker and currently resides on Long Island with his wife and three children.
