Ms. Shumlas previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer at Cotopaxi, where she played an instrumental role in steering the Company’s growth trajectory. Prior to joining Cotopaxi, she held various C-level positions at Manhattan Beachwear and Vici as CFO/COO and CEO.
