Andy Goodfellow is Sr. Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Zoro. He leads Zoro’s enterprise technology vision and execution, advancing the company’s AI-first strategy to power its ecommerce platform and enable its endless assortment model. He oversees the integration of AI, data science, and machine learning into Zoro’s core digital and operational platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing

systems that drive customer value and enterprise growth. Andy joined Zoro in 2017 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, responsible for software engineering, architecture, data, quality control, infrastructure, security, compliance, vendor management, and the project management office.

Prior to that, Andy spent almost two decades in the B2B marketing and advertising industry, where he led teams that created custom software solutions for various companies, including CDW, Komatsu, Discover, Lenovo, Phillips, Zebra, Abbott, Siemens, and many others.
