Tara Paton is the founder of Huemanize, a firm transforming how companies build and sustain customer loyalty in the digital age. As an expert in customer retention strategies, she partners with organizations to develop comprehensive loyalty programs that turn transactions into lasting relationships. Through Huemanize, Tara challenges traditional loyalty marketing approaches, helping businesses create meaningful connections that drive sustainable growth.

Her innovative framework has proven successful across diverse sectors, serving over 100 international small business owners and startup founders, alongside Fortune 100 companies including L'Oreal, Whole Foods, CVS, Instacart, Brookfield, and American Express. Tara's expertise spans end to end solution development, executive leadership support, and transformative training programs.

Tara has an MBA from Darden School of Business at UVA and attended Morgan State University, an HBCU and national treasure in Baltimore, Maryland for undergrad. Beyond her professional endeavors, she brings the same passion for authentic connections to her personal interests, whether belting out tunes across genres from trap to country, exploring new destinations, experimenting with vegan cuisine, or staying active. Originally from Atlantic City, NJ, Tara currently calls Jersey City home.
