Ann Conway is the founder of Amplify, a customer experience studio that helps retailers connect their data to acquire, convert and retain customers across the end-to-end shopping journey.

Amplify partners with major retailers to design growth strategies in customer loyalty, connected optichannel experiences, marketplaces, and selling effectiveness. They specialize in using customer data to deliver delightful, personalized experiences that drive shopper behavior.

Deep down Ann is a researcher, and believes successful innovation comes from human insights gathered from face to face customer conversations. She lives in Chicago with her family and their dog, Ruthie Bader Ginsburg.
