As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Microsoft Americas, Tracy Galloway leads Microsoft’s commercial enterprise strategy to accelerate revenue growth, expand market share, and accelerate AI transformation. She oversees end-to-end strategy and execution across the US, Canada, and Latin America. This includes sales insights and strategy, go-to-market, seller enablement, customer innovation and success, marketing, and business operations. Her leadership has been instrumental to the growth of this business. 

Since joining Microsoft in 2016, Tracy has held roles leading US Manufacturing, US Services, and the Great Lakes region. Before joining Microsoft in 2016, Tracy was Vice President of Strategy, Segments, Alliances & Industry Verticals at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she led global account, industry, and partner strategy.
