Grace Weingard is the President of Coterie, a role she assumed in 2024 after joining the company in 2021 and previously serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience. With over 15 years of experience in merchandising, planning, operations, and strategy, Grace has a proven track record of driving results in high-growth environments. Since joining Coterie, Grace has been instrumental in strengthening supplier relationships, enhancing gross margins, and improving customer experience, even amidst challenging supply chain conditions. Her leadership as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience was key in spearheading transformative initiatives that significantly contributed to the company's growth.

Prior to Coterie, Grace held senior leadership positions at notable brands including Ralph Lauren, rag & bone, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where she honed her expertise in global merchandise planning and strategic operations. Grace is a graduate of Yale University and resides in Long Island City, NY, with her husband and two children, Gabby and Gideon.
