Insurance Requirements
Who Is Required to Submit Insurance:
- All Exhibiting companies, including:
- Exhibit Spaces*
- Meeting Pods and NOOKs
- Exhibit Hall Meeting Rooms
All insurance certificates must be submitted by September 4, 2026.
Robots:
Please let your Sponsor Logistics Lead know if you plan to bring a robot into your exhibit space as this may require additional approvals and COIs.
COI Requirements:
Per Section 7 of the Exhibitor Terms & Conditions, Sponsor and its independent contractors, at their sole expense, shall obtain and maintain during the Event insurance coverage and provide Shoptalk LLC and the Event venue with a certificate of insurance (reasonably acceptable to Shoptalk LLC) and applicable additional insured endorsements at least thirty (30) days prior to use of the premises as follows: (a) Worker’s Compensation Insurance as required by local or state law; (b) Commercial General Liability Insurance (including but not limited to blanket contractual liability and personal and advertising injury coverage) with minimum limits of at least $1,000,000 in any one occurrence and $3,000,000 in the aggregate.
This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, September 26 - October 2, 2026, naming Music City Center listed as the certificate holder. The following must be named as additional insured:
1) Shoptalk Commerce, LLC - 605 3rd Avenue 26th floor NY NY 10158
2) Nashville Music City Center – c/o 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South, Nashville, TN 37203
